Authorized wholesale buyers will be those who meet the requirements for filling out the wholesale buyer form and only those who are registered have access to the wholesale catalog. Any breach of this agreement will result in immediate revocation of the membership granted in this paragraph without prior notice. Dreamer Jeans reserves the right to decline service, terminate accounts, and / or cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation, if Dreamer Jeans believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is detrimental to the interests of Dreamer Jean.
The wholesale buyer will have a username and password and each time they use a password or identification, they will be deemed authorized to access and use the site in a manner consistent with this agreement. Dreamer Jeans has no obligation to investigate the authorization or source of such access or use of this site. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you. You must immediately notify Dreamer Jeans of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threat of breach of the security of this site.
In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in the price or product information on the part of Dreamer Jeans, we will have the right to refuse, hold or cancel any order placed. for the product listed on www.dreamerjeans.com.
Dreamer Jeans does not guarantee any incorrect information displayed on this website and is not responsible for damages arising from the use of this site.
2. Shipping & Returns
Our orders will be shipped via UPS and FedEx. Delivery times are subject to the selected delivery method.
- Land route (5 business days)
- Three (03) day selection
- Air of the second day
- Broadcast the next day
All shipping costs will be charged when the order is shipped. Shipping rates depend on the weight of the package and the selected shipping method.

Order cancellations can be requested by phone or email to the web sales department. Post-shipment cancellations will not be accepted.
All sales are non-refundable. Changes of clothing items purchased in the physical store will only be allowed. Shipping and handling charges are final, unless there is a garment defect or factory fault.
To file a claim for damages, returns, or exchanges, please email email@example.com or call the web sales department at 786.683.3932 to obtain your Return Authorization (RA). All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
There is a 20% restocking fee for any item returned without an RA, rejected or unaccepted package (s), or past the 7 day grace period. We recommend to all our customers to verify the products purchased immediately that they receive them, this in case any garment has a defect.
We will provide a return label or callout label if items are returned due to manufacturer defects or incorrectly shipped packages. If the return is not due to any of these reasons, the buyer must return the merchandise at their own expense.
